Biographical Information

AWESOME Inc.
The Founder, Winston Connally has a BA degree in Business Administration and BS in Computer Information System with approximately twenty-five years of computer programming experience, with twenty years military experience as a trainer and instructor. He also has experience as A GED instructor, life skills instructor, violence and rape prevention facilitator, and parenting education facilitator.

The Co-Founder, Elaine Connally has a BS Degree in Early Childhood Education and twenty years experience working in the area of youth and family services. She has designed and implemented several youth and family programs. Her experience includes parenting facilitator, home visiting and intervention services, life skill facilitator, and trainer in the areas of mentoring, child development, staff development and community development.
