Youth Leadership Development (YLD)
The Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP) is a ten week training program designed to cultivate and improve the leadership skills of youth within the community. The training includes classroom instruction, group discussion, assignments and projects, community service projects, civic engagements projects, and other endeavors that will provide hands-on projects and team building exercises.
